Conferences
DGFZ e.V. acts both as organizer of its own conferences and workshops and as organizer on behalf of third parties. For example, it was involved in the ITVA Symposium with Saxon Colloquium on Contaminated Sites 2016, the International IMWA Annual Congress 2016 (organization of a workshop and the Mid Conference Excursions), and the BWK Federal Congress 2009. Examples of organized workshops are the BWK seminar "Heavy Rain and Flood Prevention", as well as Ecoprofit method workshops and KORA status and final seminars.
The DGFZ e.V. regularly organizes the Dresden Groundwater Days and the Saxon Colloquium on Contaminated Sites. Both events take place alternately every 2 years
